DescritpionThis exercise requires a machine with pulley but it can be done standing or sitting. Spread your arms and grasp the handles of the pulley, palm facing the body it is a partial pronation. Perform the movement by flexing the forearm towards the head. Perform the movement with no biceps motion, only makes the forearm moves. |
