DescritpionThe exercise is done lying on a bench, with a barbell. Lie your back flat on the bench, feet on the ground. The horizontal arm, elbows slightly bent, palms up like in supination. The bar should be close to the chest. Exert upward until arms are outstretched breathe during exercise, inhale on the way back to the starting position. |
