DescritpionThe exercise can be done standing or sitting with a dumbbell. The back should be straight and not slump during the year. Take the dumbbell with both hands. Bend your forearm behind the neck. Push dumbbells up over your head. Breathe during exercise. Go back down the dumbbell behind your neck, forearms to the horizontal. |
