DescritpionThe exercise can be done standing or sitting and don't forget that the back should be straight and not slump This can be done on a (low pulley), with a bar or dumbbells. Grasp the bar or dumbbells, both hands apart along the axis of the shoulders. Palms down to do it in pronation only the forearm should do a movement. The arms (biceps) must remain fixed along the body, the wrists as straight as possible. In the final movement, the forearm should be horizontal. |
